Moriah Bailey is a singer and harpist from Oklahoma and (I'm sure she is sick of the comparison) often sounds something like Joanna Newsom sitting on a cloud. Her harp-based songs are beautifully orchestrated into lush arrangements whilst lyrically she discusses relationships and how to get out of them (contact reviewer for advice). Glorious!
